THE CREATION
The Metohi Kindelis main building was built in the early 17th century as the summer residence of a wealthy Venetian family. The three parts of the farmhouse that house our three guesthouses in the ground floor and part of the first floor of the building, were consciously restored, respecting the character and the unique elements of the Venetian architecture.
Manolis Kindelis approached the project of the guesthouses gently, to ensure it would be a harmonious addition to our family’s microcosmos and that he would be able to offer an interesting experience to the visitors.
Thus each suite was executed in a different period, investing the right time and resources along with a lot of personal work by Manolis himself, both in the design and execution of the construction, following traditional Venetian techniques, opting for natural gentle materials.
THE RESULT OF THIS 30 YEAR VISION, IS THREE GUESTHOUSES WITH A DIFFERENT AMBIANCE IN THE INTERIORS AND RESPECTIVE EXTERIORS, EACH-ONE WITH ITS OWN UNIQUE STYLE AND PERSONALITY, OFFERING THE COMFORT, WARMTH AND PRIVACY OF A MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRY HOUSE.
CONCEPT
Our goal is that our guests will experience these spaces as if they were their holiday homes and not as a hotel… that they will feel at home enjoying their autonomy and space but also our exclusive services.
We love sharing thoughts on culture gastronomy and wine so that we can suggest the spots our visitors would enjoy the most.

AMENITIES/WHAT TO EXPECT
Each one of the three spaces has its own private pool, patio and garden. All three guesthouses are designed for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a different space arrangement and their own particular character each.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in every unit for those who enjoy experimenting with the local ingredients and a fridge stocked with the organic produce of the farm and other local producers to prepare a rich healthy breakfast.
The facilities include daily maid service complimentary wi-fi internet connection, AC ,although the wise Venetian architecture with its thick walls and large windows, thankfully makes it unnecessary for most guests.
